Usage is charged per task, source read and reasoning round. Research tiers set limits, not a fixed task price. Polling and cancellation are free.

## Common questions.

### Can Superagent read private accounts?

No. It researches public pages and does not log into websites.

### What if a source does not support a field?

The field is omitted rather than filled with a guess. If sources contradict each other, the result reports the conflicting values and supporting quotations.

### Will the result arrive immediately?

Research runs in the background and may take minutes or hours. Your application can check task progress or receive a webhook when it finishes.
