# Gomry Verified Program

Gomry Verified is a badge Gomry grants to organizations in the top 1% of sellers on the platform, after a review of their record.

The program is designed for the top 1% of sellers on the platform.

## Purpose

The badge tells customers that Gomry has reviewed an organization's record on the platform. It is granted per organization after that review. It is not an account setting and it is not for sale.

The review covers the organization's full history on Gomry, not one event.

## Selection standard

Gomry reviews the organization's record on the platform. The review covers:

- Events delivered as listed: date, venue, and content.
- Number of events run and tickets sold on Gomry over time.
- Refunds, disputes, and cancellations relative to sales.
- Response to customer messages and support requests.
- Compliance with Gomry's platform rules.

No single factor qualifies an organization. Gomry decides on the full record.

## What the badge means

A verified badge means Gomry has reviewed the organization's record and it meets the program standard. It does not guarantee a particular event, outcome, availability, or level of demand.

## Ongoing review

Gomry re-checks verified organizations as their record changes. The badge is removed when the record falls below the program standard or the organization breaks platform rules.

## Application

Any organization on Gomry can request a review. Gomry reviews each request on the organization's record. A request does not grant the badge.
