Bookings for bachata classes and Friday socials.
Give dancers a place to book a class and buy a social ticket. Keep class credit and event admission clear before opening sales.
Thursday beginners. Friday social.
Publish the beginner class as an Experience with its own schedule and capacity. Create Friday’s social as an Event with a separate ticket. Tell dancers exactly which purchase admits them to each.
Schedule the class
Give dancers the date, location, level and class price. Capacity belongs to the session they book.
Take the booking
Make the offer available online and check the purchase from a phone before sharing it with students.
Prepare for arrival
Review the booking and participant records with the teacher. For a ticketed social, rehearse check-in with the door team.
Class credit has a defined scope.
Bundles provide prepaid credits across selected Experiences, with optional expiry. They do not grant admission to one-off Events.
Sell the class and social separately unless you have confirmed how combined access will be issued and checked. Subscriptions provide recurring billing; included visits and other access benefits need their own validation. Memberships are in private beta.
Use distribution where places remain.
Bring one class or social that needs more bookings to the Gomry Distribution Program.
Access is for selected sellers. Enrollment is per event or experience; a distribution budget increases the seller’s costs. Review the terms and the margin available before enrolling. Attendance or advertising results are not guaranteed.
Check distribution termsCheck the parts your programme depends on.
Tap to Pay is in private beta. Confirm access before relying on phone-based card payments at the door. Automatic instalments, room allocation for trips, teacher commissions and shared equipment rules are not promised by a class booking.
Keep level progression with the teacher. A Bundle does not establish automatic promotion or a leader/follower balancing rule.
Use the bachata class-and-social booking guide to prepare a demonstration using your own programme.
Price the whole sale.
There is no monthly platform subscription. Paid tickets carry service and payment processing fees. Compare the introductory Pro month with the standard rate, and include any distribution budget.
