Gomry is a Partiful alternative for businesses selling events and recurring experiences. Sell tickets, offer a schedule of bookable sessions and give returning customers prepaid passes. Purchases, attendance and messages stay connected to the customer record. Teams can also work with their business through Aven or a compatible AI assistant.
Partiful offers invitations, RSVPs, paid tickets and social discovery, with organization profiles for groups that host regularly. Gomry extends that event workflow to ongoing bookings, recurring payments and customer relationships—useful for a studio running weekly classes, a workshop business selling repeat visits or an event team connecting its own applications.

Recurring sessions and prepaid passes
Gomry Experiences gives customers a schedule to book from. Set recurring dates and times, assign a host and define capacity for each session. A studio can offer weekly classes; a tour operator can offer several departures a day.
Partiful does not currently support recurring events. Its help center directs hosts to clone an event, change the date. Gomry manages repeat sessions within the Experience, so customers can choose from the available times.
Bundles add prepaid credit to that booking process. A customer might buy ten visits and use the balance across the Experiences the business selects. Redeeming a credit at booking reserves a place, subject to the session's capacity. The organizer can set an expiry date or leave the bundle open-ended.
For example, a workshop business could offer recurring ceramics sessions as Experiences, a prepaid pass for returning customers and a separate ticketed Event for a visiting artist. Each offer uses the appropriate booking or admission model. Bundles apply to Experiences, not one-off Events.
Recurring revenue and customer relationships
Gomry Subscriptions collect the first payment at sign-up and renew using the saved card. Customers receive email receipts. New pricing applies to new subscribers, while existing subscribers keep their accepted terms until they cancel. Subscription purchases use a separate checkout from tickets and Bundles.
Subscriptions provide recurring billing alongside individual bookings. Gomry's separate Memberships product remains in private beta.
Contacts connect the ongoing relationship to a customer record. Purchases, check-ins, messages and form responses appear against the contact. Organizers can use custom fields, tags and lists based on behavior or spend. A list of repeat attendees can update as customers meet its conditions, then be used for an invitation to a new event.
Partiful offers organization profiles and CSV guest-list exports; hosts cannot see guests' phone numbers. Gomry's contact record brings together activity across events, helping a team see who returns, what they buy and which messages they receive.
Messaging before and after the event
Partiful's Text Blasts let hosts message invited or RSVP'd guests and select recipients by guest status. Its current help article lists a limit of ten Text Blasts per event. Event reminders and invitations are also part of the product.
Gomry Messaging provides WhatsApp, SMS and email for invitations, confirmations, reminders and ticket delivery. Organizers can send to contacts or lists and schedule communications. The messaging page lists 20,000 included messages per month.
The practical difference is the combination of channels and customer history. A business can invite past buyers to its next workshop, then deliver the confirmation and QR ticket through the supported messaging flow. This is useful when repeat attendance spans multiple events or Experiences.
Partiful counts broadcasts per event; Gomry counts individual messages per month.
Check-in and payments at the venue
Both platforms support ticket scanning. Partiful also provides manual check-in and access for check-in staff.
Gomry Scanning adds a documented offline workflow. Staff can keep scanning without a connection, then synchronize when connectivity returns. Multiple devices can work at the event; live synchronization depends on connectivity. That distinction matters at venues with unreliable reception.
For a new purchase at the door, Partiful says it does not currently offer a dedicated door-sales workflow. Guests can still purchase online until the event's end time, or until six hours after the start if no end time is set.
Gomry Tap to Pay lets staff take a contactless payment on a supported phone, with receipts and customer records connected to Gomry. It is currently live in the United States. The published service fee is 1% + $0.25 per transaction, plus payment processing. UK and EU availability is planned.
Ticket fees, payment markets and payouts
Gomry has no monthly platform fee for its event offering, and free events are free. Online ticket service fees are 2.49% + $0.79 per paid ticket during the first Pro month, then 3.99% + $0.79, plus payment processing.
Partiful's core event platform is free, with ticketing fees and optional paid features such as premium invitation designs. It says ticketing fees vary with event size and ticket price and are shown during setup. Hosts can absorb the fee or pass it to guests. Compare the actual event quote with Gomry's applicable processing and service charges.
Market coverage is a clearer distinction. Partiful currently supports paid ticket sales for US and UK hosts. Gomry lists those markets plus Switzerland, Poland, Romania and the Eurozone. For an organizer collecting payments in a supported European market outside the UK, that can determine which platform is available.
Payout timing also differs. Gomry states that funds reach the Gomry account the next business day by default, with transfers to the bank scheduled separately. Partiful says bank payouts are typically sent three to seven business days after the event, with a first payout potentially taking up to fourteen days. Bank-transfer timing should be included when planning event cash flow.

AI assistants and connected applications
An organizer can ask an assistant to work with events and customer data. A customer can discover an event through an application connected to Gomry's catalog. Gomry provides interfaces for both.
Working with organizer data
Gomry MCP, its hosted Model Context Protocol server, connects compatible assistants to organizer tools. An authorized assistant can create or update events and ticket classes, work with attendees and contacts, and read payments or reports. Access follows the connected account's organizations and roles. Refunds remain available through the dashboard.
For example, an organizer can ask a connected assistant to list upcoming events, create a ticket tier or retrieve a sales report. Aven provides conversational access inside Gomry itself.
The Gomry API gives developers a separate integration route for events, Experiences, recurrences, attendees, contacts and other resources. Webhooks cover documented payment, form and subscription events. Teams can connect their own applications without relying on manual exports for every update.
Event discovery and commerce for consumers
Gomry's consumer-agent interfaces let authorized applications search the event catalog and help customers buy tickets through supported commerce flows. A travel assistant, for example, could find events for a destination and date, then help the customer continue with a selected ticket.
Catalog and checkout capabilities depend on the application's approved access. This integration covers event tickets; Experiences, Bundles and Subscriptions have their own booking and payment flows.
Distribution beyond the guest list
Partiful provides Explore, local discovery and sharing through friends and mutuals. Organization profiles help groups present their events together. These are meaningful discovery features, particularly for socially connected audiences.
Gomry adds a separate route through consumer-agent integrations and an optional Distribution Program. The program is available to selected sellers and can be enabled for individual events or Experiences. A seller allocates a share of the sale to distribution through partners, advertising, affiliates, influencers and media.
Sellers choose which listings to enroll and allocate a distribution budget from 10% to 100% of face value, including 2% attendee cashback in points. That budget increases the seller's fee. The program offers an additional sales channel, with no guaranteed sales volume.
