What the results mean for organizers

For event organizers

An event on Gomry can be discovered through connected AI applications when a customer asks for something to do. The customer can start with a location, a date or an interest, then explore relevant events and ticket options.

This gives organizers a distribution channel that fits how people use assistants: a request can lead to an event, and the event can lead to a booking. Event details and ticket information come from Gomry’s catalog.

Organizers can also use Gomry’s MCP integration to work with their account through compatible assistants. Consumer discovery helps people find an event; organizer tools support the work behind it.

For customers

Customers can ask an assistant to find an event that fits their plans, understand the available tickets and help them book. A request such as “find a concert near my hotel on Friday” can lead to specific events with dates, venues and ticket options.

Gomry supports both integrated purchases and a handoff to its checkout. The booking journey can continue from the selected ticket, with payment and order processing handled by Gomry. The experience available to the customer depends on the connected application.

Agentic capabilities on Gomry

Event discovery

Gomry makes public event information available to authorized consumer integrations. An assistant can find relevant events and retrieve details about a selected event, including ticket options and registration requirements.

For a customer, this supports a specific answer to a specific request: an event at the right place and time, with the information needed to decide whether to attend.

Ticket booking on Gomry

Gomry connects event discovery with commerce. Connected applications can help a customer choose a ticket and proceed with a purchase through an integrated flow or Gomry checkout.

The event, ticket selection and order remain connected throughout the booking journey. Gomry handles the transaction, while the assistant helps the customer find and select the event.

Organizer tools through MCP

Model Context Protocol, or MCP, connects compatible AI assistants with tools in Gomry. Organizers can authorize access to their account and use an assistant to work with their event business.

This account access is separate from the public event catalog used for consumer discovery. Organizer information remains subject to account permissions.
